The Year of the Fire Horse is here - Happy New Year!!

The greeting that we share at this time is 恭喜发财, meaning "wishing you great happiness and prosperity". I wish you a year abundant in everything that your heart & soul desire ❤️

And to celebrate the New Year - and support the anchoring of the beautiful energies it is bringing - I would love to share my Qi Programs with you at a celebration price, for 48 hours only. ​

This is a “Double Fire” year, carrying the invitation and the opportunity for dynamic changes, transmutation and transformation – and explosive power, if we are prepared to anchor and ground it, with practices like Qi Gong.

I’m so excited for the unbridled, wild and potent energies of this coming year- and I believe that this coming 2026 Year of the Fire Horse is a powerful opportunity for all of us to embody even more of our most wild, essential selves. An opportunity to be guided by our hearts and soul (our "Shen") – which are both aspects of the Fire element that rules this year.

And the more that we are embodied, and in connection with body and soul, the more of these Fire Horse energies are available to us. We can harness their flow to empower ourselves, and our goals & dreams. And we can do this by tending to our Qi - our life force energy.

When our Qi is abundant and flowing, everything just works. Mood, sleep, metabolism, movement minsdet. Both of my Qi programs provide a gentle guide to nourishing cultivating and flowing Qi.
